I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a somatic psychotherapist offering body-based psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, and older children (ages 9+). I maintain a private practice in Santa Fe, NM, and work remotely with people worldwide.

I use a body-centered, relational and experiential approach, integrating Somatic Experiencing with contemporary psychodynamic psychotherapy and transpersonal psychology.

I have trained and practiced within the field of contemplative spirituality for all of my adult life and in somatic psychotherapy since 2012. I remain an active student in the fields of traumatology, somatic psychology, contemplative spirituality, and the healing arts.

I have deep gratitude for the Diamond Approach, a school of spiritual development and self-inquiry in which I have been deeply involved since 2003. The Diamond Approach has been a primary source of spiritual support for me and contributes greatly to the aliveness, presence and love I bring to clinical practice.
