Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in private practice in Santa Fe, New Mexico, with extensive experience in the treatment of trauma and stress, anxiety, depression, OCD, destructive anger, addiction, and attachment disruption. I specialize in somatic psychotherapy and am a Certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.

For the past 15 years, I’ve helped individuals and families find satisfaction within themselves and their relationships. I provide skills-training, guidance and a deeply compassionate presence. I also support clients seeking personal growth, including growth through spiritual development. I care deeply about my work with clients and strongly believe in the healing potential of the therapeutic relationship. I provide therapy for adults, adolescents and families, and older children (ages 10+).
